Welcome to the official website of the Annapolis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Since 1913, our Sorority has been a beacon of light for college-educated, predominately African-American women across the globe, promoting academic excellence, public service, and sisterhood. Following in this tradition, Annapolis Alumnae Chapter, chartered on December 9, 1947, lights the way for public service projects throughout Anne Arundel County.
This site was developed to provide insight on what our illustrious Sorority is all about and the services that the Annapolis Alumnae Chapter is providing within our community. We remain dedicated to the Sorority’s traditions of Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service, and strive toward making a difference in the lives of our citizens through volunteering, public service, education, and social action.
The Annapolis Alumnae Chapter has a dedicated membership that is faithfully committed to family and community on all levels-- city, state, national, and international. We remain in the forefront, providing stellar service, and paving the way for others to emulate.
The Annapolis Alumnae Chapter is one of more than 1000 chapters working as directed by our Grand Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
